Capability is what you bring to your role. It is your unique combination of intelligence, experience and competencies. It is the internal capital you have accumulated over time.
Characteristics describe those factors that determine how you go about producing results. Your personality, motivations, and values either support or hinder your Performance Edge.
Context describes the circumstances around your role, which impact your Performance Edge. Many factors make up the context of a role, and they each play a part in how you perform.
